| Return Policy |
- If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them within 15 days from the date of purchase and we will give you a full refund with no fuss (except for the Lm2 delivery charges for orders below Lm14.99. These Lm2 delivery charges are never refundable).
- In order to be able to give you the money back, you need to give us back your VAT receipt given to you on delivery of your order.
- If you want to return a product, you have to bring it yourself or send it to us to our warehouse in Naxxar. We will not pick up any returns ourselves.
- If possible, please contact our customer service via telephone number 00 356 21 411 311 before returning any unwanted products.
- Please be advised that no products will be accepted for return more than 15 days after the date of purchase.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. We will not accept products that have already been used.
- Please be aware that whilst we make every effort to ensure that the prices and information listed on our website are accurate, IJS Home Entertainment is not responsible for any errors in pricing or typographical errors.
